About Ismael
Ismael is the head of machine learning ops, specializing in developing, deploying, and automating advanced systems. He has applied his technical expertise in major casinos across Asia, Australia, and North America, building large-scale and complex ML pipelines.
He has also worked on large-scale public health projects surrounding the use of AI to detect and profile pathological gambling in Spain. He is also an interdisciplinary researcher at the University of Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, mainly focusing on the applications of Explainable AI and Generative AI.
Ismael is a recognized researcher in the computer science and hospitality fields, publishing in some of the leading academic and industry journals.
